From 10-18th October 2009, a group of Year 12 and 13 Music and Music Technology students will be taking part in the inaugural exchange visit between The Nottingham Emmanuel School and Visible School Memphis. This blog will chart the preparation for the trip and then while we're away provide a regularly update on what's happening stateside. Enjoy.

Just watched your tv news appearance twice...family viewing now includes 81yr old Nana who wanted all those taking part named for her!
ReplyDeleteSo Nottingham Emmanuel is now on the Memphis map but will everybody be coming home?...If anyone sees Alice cutting up her passport, please stop her as we would like her back.
This sounds like the best school trip ever! Continue to enjoy all things American and take care of each other.
I second Marianne's post - this has got to be the school trip that everyone will want to go on in the future - you will have them queuing up to do A Level Music!! It sounds like it has been amazing, a trip of a lifetime that none of you will ever forget. I just can't wait to get Emma home on Sunday to hear all about it and to see all the photos. I hope you all enjoy your day at the recording studio and make the most of your last full day there. Everyone at school was talking about your appearance on the news today - you have made Emmanuel School very proud!! Love to everyone and can't wait to see you all on Sunday and pleeeaaaassseee come home!! Lol
